Hello! I am Sara.

I am a former scientist with a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology and a certified Primal Health Coach. After battling persistent acne myself for over a decade, I am dedicated to helping people worldwide achieve clear, healthy and glowing skin. FAQs

Will my skin get worse before it gets better?

Absolutely not! “Purging” or skin getting worse before it gets better is just a sign that you have raised inflammation in your skin barrier too much. This can even set you back in your clear skin journey as it can lock you into a vicious cycle of acne! My clients see steady, gradual progress from the start.

Will this help me if I am currently on hormonal birth control (or recently came off of it)?

Yes, absolutely! Most of my clients have a history of hormonal birth control use and/or other acne medications such as spironolactone, antibiotics, or Accutane. While these treatments may have helped for a time (and sometimes not at all), they often left the body depleted. Only by supporting and nourishing their bodies were my clients finally able to heal their skin — and inside the course, I’m sharing exactly how.

Will I have to spend a lot of money on skincare and supplements?

Absolutely NOT! My philosophy — which has worked so well for my clients — is quite the opposite. You’ll finally have the freedom to stop experimenting with endless supplements and skincare products that aren’t right for you, and instead focus on what truly works.

Does this include any testing?

No, this doesn’t include any testing — and in the majority of cases, it isn’t necessary. Instead, I’ll show you how to recognize the most common symptoms of hormonal imbalances that affect your skin. By focusing on nutrient-dense foods and supporting a healthy metabolism, you can address practically any hormonal imbalance you may be dealing with. While testing can be helpful in rare cases, you’ll be surprised how much progress you can make simply by understanding your symptoms and implementing the right strategies.

What if I purchased the Skin Rebalancing Protocol already?

In that case, I would recommend only getting my new Simple Skin Healing course (not the Bundle), which focuses on "internal healing". Also, you get a discount for the Simple Skin Healing course, which I share inside the Skin Rebalancing Protocol (see the EXTRAS section)! :)

How long will it take to see improvements in my skin?

This is very individual and can range from a few weeks to several months or more. It depends on how effectively you address your acne triggers while also improving your skincare routine. The more we support the skin from the inside out, the quicker the process usually is. That said, healing sometimes simply takes more time — even if you’re doing everything right — especially if you’ve previously been on medications like hormonal birth control, spironolactone, or antibiotics. The course will help you build the right routines so that this journey feels much easier and more sustainable.
